Who We Care ForLegacy House serves a 100% low-income predominantly multi-Asian clientele. Many of our clients are the pioneers who helped build the Chinatown-International District. Our seniors are usually first-generation immigrants who speak limited English and do not have family or friends to help them access traditional health care. Many have experienced feelings of loneliness and isolation. At Legacy House, elders with even the most limited incomes receive the supportive care they need to grow older with dignity. They are part of our supportive community that honors and reflects their cultural values. Our seniors are able to maintain a healthy, active and independent lifestyle as long as possible with the personal care or our dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
